Brad Wong 1.04 Changes

                 New Moves
  • SSK4 - Make this a transition into DHO (Dokuritsu-Ho) and give it the same properties as 8K4. 
             Hit Property Changes
  • 9PP/DHO H+KP - Make this move a crumple or lift stun on CH, launch on HCH. 
  • 3KPP - Fix the last P of this move during a juggle, as it whiffs on both Super Light, Light, and Middle weight in closed stance. 
  • LFT P+K - Currently is a crumple(gut) stun on HCH. Make the crumple stun happen on both CH/HCH. 

          Frame Changes
  • 2KK/46PKK - Change these guard breaks to +3 so he can continue his pressure when going for these guard breaks. 
  • LHT P - Currently 26(2)22 change this to 22(2)24 and make it -5. 
  • LFT P - Currently 35(2)23 change this to 28(2)20 but keep it at -3.
  • 33K8/1KK8 - Currently 19(3)66 change the handstand recovery frames to 19(3)44 so he's at -1 or -2, instead of -7
  • 33K2K - Currently 39(2)30 change this to 30(2)30. The reason for this change is so that on block he has a viable mixup option as he's not able to back away since 33K is throw punishable on block. 
  • 1KK2K - Currently 41(2)30 change this to 35(2)30. Again this will make him be able to have a viable mixup on block.
  • DHO H+KK2 - Currently this is -1 on NH. When stagger escaped fully he's now at -11. Please change this so he's at either +3 or +4 when no stagger escape has occurred.
  • DHO H+K - Currently this move is 41(5)27, change this to 36(4)30 in order to make this move easier to use at range without the risk of someone holding it on reaction.
